The traumas that are associated with any form of medical treatment are enough in themselves, but, when that treatment or procedure goes wrong, the questions that follow are very stressful and difficult to deal with in the absence of professional help.

We listen to the problem and consider the options that are available to the client. We guide the client through the bureaucracy of the complaints process as well as look at the question of whether the failure of the treatment or procedure was caused by the negligence of those providing the health care whether it be at GP, hospital or other related health services (eg primary dental care).

We have handled cases arising from mis-prescription of medicines, failure to diagnose and treat minor conditions, failure to identify and treat various types of fracture as well as catastrophic injury caused by the delayed delivery of a baby. We exercise a sympathetic approach in each case yet we are prepared to present the injured client’s claim in a strong and effective way, always mindful of the aim of achieving a fair and just result.
